Welcome to PurrSwitch. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to PurrSwitch.

We operate this online store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services made available to provide customers with an online shopping experience.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.

By visiting our website, interacting with it or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies published on the website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase our products.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country, state or region of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use our website, products or services for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful or unauthorized activity.

SECTION 2 – CUSTOMER INFORMATION

To place an order, you may be required to provide information including your:

You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and current.

PurrSwitch is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers must notify us as soon as possible if they discover an error in their order information.

SECTION 3 – OUR PRODUCTS

PurrSwitch offers decorative cat-shaped covers designed for compatible wall light switches.

PurrSwitch is intended for:

• Square faceplates measuring approximately 82–87 mm
• 86 × 86 mm double rocker switches
• Switches with two mechanical rocker buttons

PurrSwitch is not designed for:

• Single rocker switches
• Electrical outlets or sockets
• Touch-sensitive switches
• Rotary dimmers
• Oversized or irregular switch panels
• Switches that do not match the measurements shown on the product page

Customers are responsible for comparing their switch shape, size and configuration with the compatibility guide before ordering.

Product compatibility may vary depending on the design and dimensions of the customer’s existing switch.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, dimensions, materials and appearance accurately.

However, slight differences may occur because of:

• Screen and device settings
• Lighting conditions
• Photography
• Manufacturing tolerances
• Manual measurements

Product descriptions, photographs, availability, specifications and prices may be corrected or updated at any time.

The images displayed on the website may include switches, walls, adhesive or decorative items for demonstration purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each package contains only:

1 × PurrSwitch decorative switch cover

The wall switch, installation adhesive and tools are not included.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from PurrSwitch.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraud
• Unusually large quantities
• Delivery restrictions
• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

SECTION 6 – PRICING, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Changes will not normally affect orders already accepted.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees and other charges will be displayed during checkout where possible.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, taxes or handling charges imposed by authorities in the destination country unless these amounts were collected during checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. PurrSwitch does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Customers agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery times displayed on the website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Carrier delays
• Customs inspections
• Public holidays
• Incorrect delivery information
• Weather conditions
• Local delivery restrictions
• Events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for reviewing their delivery details before completing the purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may take time to update.

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Failure to check the compatibility guide does not make the product defective. However, customers may still request a return within the applicable return period, subject to our policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

We may request photographs, videos or other reasonable evidence when reviewing:

SECTION 9 – INSTALLATION AND PROPER USE

PurrSwitch is a decorative mechanical cover for compatible wall light switches.

It does not connect directly to electricity and should not require access to electrical wiring.

Customers agree to:

• Verify compatibility before installation
• Clean and dry the switch plate before attaching the product
• Use suitable mounting adhesive
• Align the product correctly
• Test the switch movement gently
• Stop using the product if it becomes loose, damaged or unstable

Installation adhesive is not included.

We recommend using strong, removable double-sided mounting tape suitable for the switch-plate surface. Permanent glue may damage the product, switch plate or surrounding surface.

PurrSwitch must not be installed:

• Over electrical outlets
• Over incompatible switches
• Near excessive heat
• In wet or excessively humid areas
• Where it obstructs normal operation of the switch
• On unstable, damaged or unsuitable surfaces

PurrSwitch is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable adhesive, incorrect alignment, incompatible switches, permanent glue, modification, excessive force or improper installation.

SECTION 10 – CHILDREN AND PETS

PurrSwitch is a decorative household accessory and is not a toy.

Adult installation is required. Children should use the product only under appropriate adult supervision.

Do not allow children or pets to chew, hang from, strike, remove or excessively pull the product.

Keep any loose, detached or damaged components away from children and pets. Discontinue use immediately if the product becomes damaged or presents a potential hazard.

SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the website, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, text, product descriptions and designs, belongs to PurrSwitch or its respective licensors.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used commercially without prior written authorization.

The PurrSwitch name, logo and associated brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.

SECTION 12 – REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

When you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or other content, you confirm that:

• You created the content or have permission to share it
• The content is truthful
• It does not infringe another person’s rights
• It does not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material

You grant PurrSwitch a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to reproduce, display, adapt and use the submitted content for customer-service, commercial and promotional purposes.

We may remove content that we reasonably consider inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading or unlawful.

SECTION 13 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to:

Our online store operates using Shopify’s ecommerce platform.

Purchases made through our store are made directly from PurrSwitch, not from Shopify.

PurrSwitch remains responsible for its products, order processing, customer support, returns and refunds. Shopify provides the ecommerce technology but is not the seller of the PurrSwitch products purchased from our store.

Shopify also explains that merchants remain responsible for complying with applicable consumer-protection obligations and ensuring that product claims are truthful.

SECTION 16 – PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers required to operate the store, including ecommerce, payment, delivery, analytics and customer-support providers.
